  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add both onions and sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Stir in garlic, fish spice, turmeric, and mixed herbs.
  4. Add mussels and toss to coat in the spices.
  5. Pour in the fresh cream, stir gently, and cover.
  6. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, until shells open.
  7. Serve hot with bread or rice.

Tip: Add lemon and parsley for extra freshness.
